| Accomplishments |
- After consulting with SMEs, the Arrive-on-Section module was moved out of the On-Shift-Examination scenario to become a stand-alone module.
- Divided supervisory duties into two categories: Examinations (Pre-Shift and On-Shift) and Duties or Responsibilities (Arrive on Section, End of Shift, Training Responsibilities).
- Finalized training system design matrix which matches learning outcomes, to learning levels, to assessment items.
- Implemented changes submitted by Sharon Casto for Pre-Shift and On-Shift examinations.
- Scheduled in-house usability testing of training system for Monday, April 23rd.
- Emailed letter and online evaluation link to additional industry SMEs and former GMU MSHA team for feedback.
- Resolved several Workforce Connection issues with Courtney Cox including flash video problem.
- Scheduled spring semester final client presentation for Thursday, May 10 at 11 a.m. in Commerce I.

- Team needs to resolve the duplicate fatalgram issue for the Emergency & Unusual Situations NIOSH scenarios.
- Joe is working on the intro Captivate video.
- Abi will add technical requirements and about sections to training system.
- Abi is finalizing pre-shift videos.
- Sharon Casto will demo the training system to a state grants training group on May 1 in Beckley. Team should make every effort to finalize multimedia elements by this date if possible.
- Keep a running list of Workforce Connections issues.
- Consider using videos from last year’s prototype as openers for the emergency and unusual situations scenarios.
- Consider putting # of screens to show progress through scenarios.

- Continue collecting and analyzing evaluation responses.
- Continue revising training content based on evaluation feedback.
- Implement design ideas for End-of-Shift, Arrive on Section, and Training Responsibilities.
- Implement new design ideas for resources section.
- Make sure all 30 CFR links open in resized window.
- Text on main scenario tab page should be revised to accommodate all the modules on the left menu, not just the EUS scenarios.
