- Dr. D. is waiting on an example of cross-referencing matrix from Peratino.
- Dr. D. is waiting on feedback regarding Training Responsibilities from Duncan and Glatter.
- Dr. D. is waiting to receive answers on questions regarding 508 compliance and the limitations of WC.
- Discussed tracking learner progress in WC.
- Need to ask Peratino if we are able to use forms in WC, particularly to input the miner's name to be inserted on a printable certificate.
- Design structure: we have decided to place all 6 scenarios under EUS.
- Dr. D. would like us to move all our unused content/old scenarios and fatalgrams out of sight, preferably to the Resources page (for now).
- Discussed splitting the Pre-shift module into two parts.
- Discussed having a link to Pre-shift JTA on the left on the Pre-shift Examination page.
- Task: clean up JTA pages; remove "S's" and "F's" from JTA pages.
- Link to Pre-Shift Examination Scenarios at top of Pre-Shift JTA page.
- Decided not to have side anchor links for sections of the End-shift/Arrive on Section JTA's, will only do this for Pre-shift and On Shift.
- Rashmi: taking the lead on the JTA cleanup with team members assisting
- We have changed the order of the JTA's in the navigation menu on the main JTA page
- Dr. D. emphasized that we MUST link to the 30 CFR at the end of the scenarios
- Allison: will discuss with her Javascript professor: adding Javascript to pop open external link windows
- In Preshift_Inedaquate_Exam_Consequences.doc, Tangie listed related Pre-shift fatalgrams
- Dr. D. encouraged all team members to send Jerry, Sharon links to your particular NIOSH scenario and ask them to list related fatalgrams
- Discussed adding audio files to feedback of questions; miner would click on a button and hear this "longer" feedback.
- Discussed an icon for the audio files potentially displaying the length of the clip.
- Discussed highlighting certain parts of the text (selective perception).
- Discussed making the headings different colors from the text.
- Discussed an introduction to the course using Captivate.
- Discussed having a setup/requirements page, which would include browser, Flash player, and QuickTime player requirements.
- We are going to focus on scenario development over the next few weeks rather than the Resources page.
- Goal: by Spring Break, have all scenarios and questions ready to be evaluated by SME's.
- Dr. D. announced that we have a workshop at noon on Monday 2/26.
- Monday 3/5's workshop has been postponed to Monday 3/19.
- We will be hosting a teleconference with Will and Courtney on Thursday at 10am.
