Attendees:
Joseph Breighner
Allison Czapracki
LaTanger Gray
Rashmi Jain
Dr. Dabbagh
Items Discussed:
Most comments were specific to each person’s scenario. General comments we all need to consider are detailed below.Joe’s notes:
Ideas to implement: (to be completed next week if possible)
- Highlight each focus area on scenario mine maps with colored indicator.
- Bold multiple choice answers (both correct and incorrect) w/ <strong> tags. Using WC's homegrown bolding (**) does not work.
- Audio introduction for home page (to demonstrate audio capabilities)
- Columnize JTA view (yes, we've discussed this before)
- Rework JTA view explanation (I'll ! continue V>
- Supervisor vs Foreman (we probably need to pick one and stick with it everywhere) [I suggest "supervisor"]
- On-line vs Online (MSHA may have decided for us... our WC instance uses "on-line") [I suggest "on-line"]
- Whether or not to reference figures (ex. See Figure 1) that are located on the same page as the image. [I suggest "No"]
- Font sizing (will deal w/ after arrival of our skin)
- Image resizing more resolute than 50/75/100 %
- Image centering
- Better formatted questionnaire/answers
- Printable text area for comments/reflections
Tangie’s Notes:
- JTA objectives – we need to clarify how we are listing these; Dr. D still seems to be confused about these
- Build maps progressively with color coding to make sure they only include the information needed for the screen that they’re on
- Keep descriptions and questions on the same page
- Summarize all correct answers from the previous screen to the next screen to increase complexity of scenario
- If your scenario has parts, recap what went on in previous part; possibly restate learning outcomes
- Keep a wish list of things we would like to have changed in workforce connections and incorporate into our presentation on 12-8
