- Dr. Dabbagh announced SME meeting dates: Sept. 26-27, 2006.
- Team will need to burn prototypes onto CD for MSHA review
- Team needs to review feedback from Spring 2006 final design treatment
- Team will begin analysis at the formative evaluation phase of the project
- Workforce Connections Training on Weds., September 20th.
Dr. Dabbagh left for another meeting at 12:10 p.m., will return at 2:00 p.m.

- Review of Prototypes for Duties 9 and 11
- Use of www.plainlanguage.gov to ensure Plain Language use in project design and development
- Review of SME Interview Results from 2005-2006 MSHA group
Meeting with Dr. Dabbagh resumed at 2:20 p.m.
Items Discussed:
- Prototypes and New LCMS modules will be designed based on the online condensed generic JTAs at http://immersion.gmu.edu/msha/spring2006/html/condensed-JTA.htm
- Goals: Duties 9 and 11 will be completed and modified for the Workforce Connections LCMS. Duties 6, 8, 10, and 12 will be designed and developed for Workforce Connections during the Spring 2007 semester

- What are the goals or expectations for future supervisors as leaders?
- What are the barriers to entry in becoming a mine supervisor?
- Is there something keeping miners from become mine supervisors?
- How can this training be designed as attractive to potential mine supervisors?
- How to develop communication skills in miners?
- What types of communication skills should be reinforced with the program?
- Put together binders for SME visits with CDs, instructions, and forms for feedback
