Items Discussed:
- Reviewed toolbox links from http://www.msha.gov/S&HINFO/TOOLBOXES.HTM; decided to have longwall and related toolbox pdf's as resources and built-in resources as well
- Toolbox resources - weeks 1 thru 52; could incorporate this into Resources page.
- Discussed navigation structure
- Review and Refresh tab: will hold off on this 'til WC structural changes are implemented
- JTA main page: Captivate presentation on what a JTA is/how to use the JTA view with a link on the page "view this page as text"
- Eventually need "R&R" icon created
- The following team members have offered to take the lead on these scenarios:
- Rashmi: "Unsupported Roof Rescue"
- Allison: "I Can't Get Enough Air"
- Joe: "Escape From A Mine Fire"
- All MSHA team members will be working on their scenarios; will find fatalgrams to match their scenarios and will e-mail them to the SME's for validation (2/16)
- Fireboss Report discussion:
- SME's said: too basic b/c they gave everything in written form and are aligned with state, not federal regulations
- Could include these in the R&R or Resources section
- Eventual creation of an icon for "review and refresh"
- Timeline:
- End Shift/Arrive on Section JTAs: we will tackle this after finishing the Horton book
- Allison: lead on resources page.
- Training Videos: Colorado Videos? Where else people will email me as they find materials to put under here
- Rashmi - Synchronized the JTA's in all views on team and training websites and updated with 30CFR info - done
- Joe - tablizing Pre-Shift JTA for a cleaner look (test) by Tuesday (2/13)
- Abi:
- Writing letter to Courtney (2/7)
- Taking lead on redesign of WC interface
- Created Google document for team to keep track of things to be fixed in WC
- Tangie: Taking the lead on the design document/matrix that maps the learning outcomes to the instructional strategies to the assessment items (the deliverable listed in the SOW). Will also start reviewing the Training Responsibilities material for eventual conversion into a lesson.
