Items Discussed:
- Development of potential "mini-lessons" for non-scenario based modules (Arrive On Section, On-Shift Examination, Training Responsibilities); potentially something on methane, condition of travelways
- Restructuring the Navigation of the site: including a "Review and Refresh" section (possibly come up with an attention-getting "refresh your knowledge" icon
- Fatalgrams: we will need the assistance of MSHA officials to decide which fatalgrams to link with certain scenarios/sections
- We need to ensure the Word/HTML versions of JTA's are identical
- Six scenarios will be listed under the EUS tab, including:
- Continuous Miner Fire
- Ventilation Cutthrough
- Belt Fire
- Three more
- Instruction: show miners a correctly filled logbook
- Nada wants music and audio incorporated into our training! We need to figure out a plan for doing this.
- Look through Supervisor Training Responsibilities Document to see if it could be turned into a lesson
- Need to figure out a structure for the new sections
- Update 30CFR links on all JTA's
- Table-ize structure for JTA's
- Must come up with a summative evaluation plan
- More elaboration on the End-Shift JTA: email Nicholson for places which we could expand upon
- Training responsibilities: check with Jeffrey Duncan to make sure nothing specific to come up with
- By the end of Thursday, have email sent to Courtney Cox with problems and questions with WC
- Decide on structure and content of Resources section
- Align On-shift Examination with small modules
